
Maximum labour charge of $95.00 Per Computer.
A maximum of One [1] hour onsite and/or four [4] hours workshop time will be awarded to each computer. In the event that a job takes longer than the pre set time limit or while onsite extends past our standard service hours an extra $47.50 per hour will apply. Our minimum labour charge is ½ hour.
Express Repair
An express service is available at normal pricing + $39 per computer
Opening Hours
Standard service hours are Monday — Friday 9 A.M. to 6 P.M., Saturday 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. Additional charges may apply for service outside of standard hours.
Responsibility
It is your responsibility to back up all software and data on your computer's hard drive(s) and/or any other storage devices. Computer Mate and/or its third-party service provider shall not be responsible at any time for any loss, alteration, or corruption of any software, data, or files.

Cancelations
24 hours notice or a $29 cancellation charge will be assessed.
Installation Authorisation
For on-site services, a person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period services are provided. If no adult is present when the Computer Mate technician arrives, services will be denied and a $29 plus call out charge will be assessed.
Access
The Computer Mate technician must have 1) access to your residence or business and the computer(s) and/or peripheral(s) to be serviced, 2) your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, 3) a safe working environment, work space, and 4) electrical power. If the Computer Mate technician determines that these conditions have not been met, services will be denied and a $29 plus call out charge will be assessed.
Debt Recovery Costs
All costs, charges and expenses incurred by us in recovering any debt shall be paid by you. If a payment made by cheque is refused, you shall be liable for all reasonable costs incurred as a result.
Title
All goods remain our property until such a time as they have been paid in full, as per all invoices issued by us for those goods. Goods supplied may not be resold by you until they have been paid for in full, unless the new purchaser is made aware that title remains with us until we have been paid in full.
Warranties
½ Hour Jobs cannot be guaranteed. Any extra time will count towards the maximum labour charge. All other work is guaranteed for 7 days. All new goods sold by us are covered by a warranty of 12 months, or that required by applicable law. Used products (including refurbished, second-hand and ex-demo products) will have a warranty of 90 days, except where otherwise specified. The warranty runs from the original invoice date onwards. If a fault does develop or is found, this must be notified to us promptly. We endeavour to provide technical support and online facilities to assist / enhance your usage of the products purchased from us, however such supply / provision is provided as a courtesy only and not included in your contract with us and may be withdrawn or refused at any time. Should you have cause or reason to return to us, with our agreement, the goods or services that we have offered, because we have not rectified the original repair then we will repair it at no cost to yourself.
LIMITATION OF REMEDY: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL COMPUTER MATE AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EXPENSES COSTS, PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR EARNINGS, LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATED TO, THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY COMPUTER MATE AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER OR OUT OF THE INSTALLATION, DEINSTALLATION, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, HARDWARE, PERIPHERALS, OR THE NETWORK RESULTING FROM THE SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: BY ORDERING SERVICE, YOU AFFIRMATIVELY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS COMPUTER MATE AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER FROM AND AGAINST ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, OR DAMAGE THAT YOU OR THE OWNER OR LESSEE MAY SUFFER, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY LOSS OF ANY DATA AND THE NON-FUNCTIONING OF ANY COMPONENT OR ELEMENT OF YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR PERIPHERALS RESULTING FROM COMPUTER MATE AND/OR ITS THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER'S AGENTS, PARTNERS AND/OR THIRD PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS, REGARDLESS OF THE WARRANTIES, DISCLAIMERS AND WAIVERS PARTICULAR SERVICE AND SHALL CONSTITUTE LIQUIDATED DAMAGES AND ARE A REASONABLE ESTIMATE OF DAMAGES TO YOU.
